✅ Eligibility to Use

To use our services, you must:

• Have a valid PAN card and Indian bank account

• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

📝 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information submitted through our website
• Any consequences arising from providing false or misleading information

💰 Free Service & Fees

CredBazar.in provides its loan comparison and application assistance services free of charge to borrowers. We earn a referral fee from our banking and NBFC partners when a loan is successfully disbursed.

• CredBazar charges zero fees to loan applicants
• Banks and NBFCs may charge their own processing fees (disclosed upfront)
• Interest rates, processing fees, and other charges are determined by the lender, not CredBazar

📊 No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Using CredBazar's services does not guarantee loan approval. Loan disbursement is subject to:

• The lending institution's credit assessment and policies
• Your credit score, income, and repayment capacity
• Document verification by the lender
• RBI and regulatory guidelines in force at the time of application

CredBazar makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of loan approval for any individual applicant.

🔒 CIBIL Score Consent

When you request a CIBIL score check through our platform, you explicitly authorise CredBazar and/or its partner credit bureau to access your credit report. This is a soft inquiry for eligibility purposes and will not negatively impact your credit score.

📞 Communication Consent

By submitting your details on CredBazar.in, you consent to being contacted by CredBazar and its lending partners via:

• Phone calls (including automated calls)
• SMS and WhatsApp messages
• Email communications

This consent overrides any DND (Do Not Disturb) registration you may have. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

You must not use CredBazar.in to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading loan applications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use our platform for any illegal purpose

• Interest rates, fees, or terms offered by lending partners
• Any financial loss arising from loan repayment obligations
